Release Date: February 17, 2026
Genre: Romance/Contemporary

In the highly anticipated final installment of the Oakwood Bay series—“packed with sizzling tension, heat, and sweet, swoon-worthy moments” (Peyton Corinne, USA TODAY bestselling author)—childhood best friends Parker and Summer agree to matchmake each other, to disastrous results, all while fighting the fact that they’ve been each other’s soulmate all along.

Summer Prescott and Parker Woods have been best friends since they were three years old. Now thirty, neither of them feels like they have a good handle on adulthood. While their friends are coupled up and thriving, they’re struggling through career crises and disastrous dates, and frequenting the same old bars and surf spots they’ve been going to for years—until, on a whim, Summer decides to hand over her love life to Parker. After all, who better to help find her soulmate than the person who knows her best?

But when the date Parker introduces her to goes from husband material to dead end in one publicly humiliating swoop, Summer is so devastated that she breaks up with both men. And she decides to embrace a fresh start away from home by entering a surf competition that’ll have her chasing waves around the world.

Parker soon realizes the troubling truth—he’s spent nearly thirty years by Summer’s side and has only just realized that he’s in love with her. Now he’s on a mission to win back not just her trust but her heart, before she slips away for good.

Summer Prescott and Parker Woods have been best friends since they were kids, always running in the same circles and always gravitating towards one another. Both their for one another when one life event or another doesn't pan out...it's just a friend thing to do. Or is more?

Between the pages of If Only You Knew we meet Summer and Parker two friends who have always been there for one another in every aspect of their lives... including matters of the heart. When Summer decides that she wants the happily ever after that all their other friends have she enlists Parker to help her find her "one"... but his skills as a matchmaker are seriously lacking and it winds up causing a disastrous date and a blow up between the two of them. That's when Summer decides to take a little time for herself and leaves town for a surfing competition. It's then that Parker realizes maybe he should have been the guy to taking her on a date... but is it too late? Has he lost his chance?

From the beginning this one had me fully invested, the characters drew me in with their wonderful personalities and intriguing story line and I made a plan then to not leave them until the last page found me... which wound up being the wee hours of the morning... but it was totally worth the loss of sleep! I have really enjoyed this series, each book bringing me into the lives of some charismatic and endearing characters that I honestly didn't want to let go of when the last page came... the stories they had to tell were just too entertaining! If you like friends to lovers romances than I highly encourage you to check this one out, Summer and Parker are destined to steal your heart at first meet!
