These two have went fifteen long years without seeing one another, and the very thing that broke them up is the one thing that is about to unite them. Baseball came calling all those years ago and took him away and now baseball is the one thing that is finally bringing him home. And Hannah is more than a little nervous to see him...

Cash has no idea what he'll find when he returns to Blossom Berry Falls, he hopes he might have a chance to reunite with his first love Hannah. Thinking maybe there's still a chance for them... but little does he know Hannah has a little secret to share with him. One that has the potential to wreck what little hope he's stored away, or give him everything he's ever wanted?

I fell fast and hard for these characters, they wandered onto the page and I found myself instantly smitten. Their wonderful little reunion not only touched my heart, but made me smile quite a bit too, I loved every single second I spent with them... and I definitely wasn't ready to say goodbye when the last page came.  Highly recommend you take a chance on The Scout, it's one of the best second chance romances I've read this year!!
