When our heroine Lucy learns her beloved hockey team is starting a romance book club and their best player is at the helm she can't help but be skeptical. The whole thing is just a scheme to draw romance readers closer to the sport, and that just isn't right in her eyes. They can't be serious about the whole thing can they? 

Then they reach out to her, offer her to join the book club, to see what it's all about and how serious Bennett Wilder about his new club. It has disaster written all over it... or does it?

This newest offering from Ms. Ryan was not only good for the heart, but also left me in the best mood. These two were determined to keep one another at an arms length, but their undeniable connection and persistent hearts were determined to push them within each other's reach every chance they got. I loved watching them battle at every turn and find their way to a happily ever after, it was such a wonderfully penned and emotionally rich story! Highly recommend!
