SADDLED IN SECRETS BY HARLOE RAE

Release date: September 22nd

Genre/Tropes: Grumpy Cowboy x Sunshine Cowgirl / Older Brother’s Best Friend / Suspense in a Small town / On the run / Forced proximity / Obsessive bodyguard that dabbles in stalking and kidnapping

Bianca

This entire mess started when my older brother’s best friend got hired to be my bodyguard.

Colton Keller has been keeping an eye on me ever since he came to live on our ranch. The wall of muscle wrapped in mysterious darkness has spoken less than five words to me in the same amount of years.

But now that Colton’s position is official, he follows me like a reclusive shadow. I try to ditch him at every turn, but he never lets me get too far.

Just as I’m about to get more creative with my evasive maneuvers, a threat to my safety pushes him to the extreme.

Colton

I’m obsessed with my best friend’s younger sister. There’s no other way to describe my desire for Bianca Benson.

It’s another secret saddled to me.

But then her brother assigns me to watch over the reckless rodeo princess, as if I haven’t been doing that already.

What started as an obligation to protect her has grown into a necessity.

It’s the only part of her that’s mine.

At least until my past resurfaces to haunt me.

Bianca bucks my restrictive methods as complications force my hand. She wants answers that I’m not ready to share.

I’ll only surrender once she’s ready to admit the truth.

My infatuation might’ve started it, but hers will save us.

Saddled in Secrets is a wonderfully penned small town romance that is destined to check all the boxes for romance readers. Broody and protective Colton meets his match when he's hired to look after Bianca Benson. That girl tempts him at every turn and pushes his buttons every chance she gets. Little does she know though the guy she's been trying to dodge every chance she gets is the very man that is about to steal her heart.

I loved watching this one unfold, it was SO good! With bits of danger, lots of witty banter, and a torturous longing that'll have you dangling helplessly from the edge of your seat, Saddled in Secrets is the perfect literary escape. From beginning to end these characters had my heart and attention, it was just one of those stories that grabbed ahold of me and wouldn't let go! Highly recommend you take a chance on this one, these two will steal every bit of your heart!!

I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher and I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased opinion.
