Romeo. Boy Toy. Player. I’ve heard what they call me, and never gave it much thought.
Then Zoe walks in with her library smarts and innocent eyes and one helluva dirty idea.
I guess living in hospitals for two decades didn’t leave much time for dating.
Or any kind of fun, really.
Zoe’s a virgin with a bucket list, and guess who’s on it?
No way am I satisfying her desires.
She’s my boss’s little sister-in-law, and besides.
I’m maxed out with my sick dad and a secret I’m not ready to share.
I’ll help with the unsexy things on Zoe’s list.
Problem is, everything from a foul-mouthed pinball machine to my dopey dog keep conspiring to push us together.
Even cooking class and an oddly sexy oil change lead straight to temptation.
Girls like Zoe don’t end up with guys like me.
It’s basic math even this high school dropout can do.
So how come I can’t stay away?
Don't miss this laugh-out-loud steamy romance about a notorious ladies’ man lending a hand (and ahem…other parts!) to help his boss’s little sister ditch her v-card.

When Tawna Fenske finished her English lit degree at 22, she celebrated by filling a giant trash bag full of romance novels and dragging it everywhere until she’d read them all. Now she’s a RITA Award finalist, USA Today bestselling author who writes humorous fiction, risqué romance, and heartwarming love stories with a quirky twist. Publishers Weekly has praised Tawna’s offbeat romances with multiple starred reviews and noted, “There’s something wonderfully relaxing about being immersed in a story filled with over-the-top characters in undeniably relatable situations. Heartache and humor go hand in hand.”
Tawna lives in Bend, Oregon, with her husband, step-kids, and a menagerie of ill-behaved pets. She loves hiking, snowshoeing, standup paddleboarding, and inventing excuses to sip wine on her back porch. She can peel a banana with her toes and loses an average of twenty pairs of eyeglasses per year. To find out more about Tawna and her books, visit www.tawnafenske.com.
Zoe Brooks has been given the all clear to enjoy life on her terms, to escape the four walls of her hospital room, and live the life she has been dreaming out living... and boy does she have big plans for that life! She has a list of things she wants to do... and she's just met the perfect man to help her with certain things on that list!
Hold Me is a story of new beginnings, chasing dreams, finding love, healing, and learning to live. Between the pages of this wonderfully penned literary gem readers will meet a woman who has spent the past 24 years of her life in the hospital receiving various treatments for her chronic illness. Which has caused her to have to live a very sheltered life, one that she is more than ready to escape. She wants to explore the world in front of her, do all the things she hasn't been able to, check items off her bucket list, and maybe meet a man to share that time with. Oh and she meets one alright, but he has some serious reservations about some of things on her list...the spicy things that is!
There wasn't a single second of this story that I didn't love, the resilience, Zoe chasing her dreams, finding love for the first time, and of course her tempting Cal at every turn! This was such a fun read to dive into, my eyes found the words and I was completely lost between the pages... so much so, I devoured it in one sitting!! Nobody does romantic comedy quite like Ms. Fenske, her words will take you places you never saw coming, make you laugh out loud multiple times, and fall in love right along with the characters.. you just can't go wrong with her books!! Highly recommend!!
