Behind the Plate is an absorbing little page-turner that will have you hooked from the first page, it's perfectly penned words and lovable characters make it impossible to put down. It was evident that these two were meant for one another, but them getting to that point was was quite the challenge. With Danika's dirtball boyfriend staking his claim and all of Chance's hang-ups about love and relationships they had the cards stacked against them... but eventually those cards started to fall, and a bit of hope appeared. I loved watching these two battle their demons and find their way into one another's hearts. Their story was brimming with sweet moments to tug the heartstrings, funny moments to inspire a few laughs, and more than a few dramatic moments to keep your eyes glued to the pages. It's a winner on all fronts! If you like sports romances then I have no doubt that you will love this one, it's hero is bound to score some serious swoon points with you! Highly recommend!
