Steele's world is knocked off it's axis when he opens his apartment door and finds a new roommate waiting for him... a person that he fully detests, but is secretly attracted to. Seeing Cin in his apartment irritates him to no end, but it also rattles something else inside of him, the bone deep attraction he has to her. This arrangement is never going to work, there is no way that they can live together, she pushes his buttons every chance she gets and is his total opposite. It's a disaster just waiting to happen... or is it the perfect arrangement?
The pages of Icing hold the story of new roommates and sworn enemies Steele and Cin. These two are about as different as two people can be, but amongst all those differences is something pretty magical that draws them to one another despite their distaste for one another. These two were like oil and water, they just didn't mix, and their new arrangement proved that time and time again... but it also proved that there were a lot of sparks arcing between them too. They pushed each other's buttons, went out of their way to drive each other crazy, and were pure magic on the page. I loved watching them go to war against one another, they brought out the best in one another, and also the worst at times... but it was totally worth it, cause it brought some serious heat to the pages! This was a wonderful addition to the series, the words were addictive and made me smile, and the characters completely stole my heart... it was the perfect read! Highly recommend!
