Between the pages of Hit and Run you will meet two people who have all but given up on love, but little do they know love hasn't given up on them. When Beau proposes a faux romance that will mutually benefit both of them, and get Piper closer to her dream she eagerly agrees. Not falling for the man that makes her heart skip a beat on a regular basis seems easy enough, right? Wrong... so very wrong!
When Piper agreed to play his girlfriend she thought not falling for him would be an easy task because he doesn't do love or relationships and she doesn't have room for one in her life. But she seem to overlook the part about her having a mad crush on him. Watching these two try to keep their distance behind closed doors was not only entertaining, but a little torturous too. It was evident that they would be good together, but it took some serious convincing on both their parts to get closer to that happily ever after!
I loved watching this faux romance turn into something a little more real and a lot like a forever kind of thing. It's well penned words took me on a very enjoyable and heart-squeezing escape! Highly recommend!!
