This wonderfully penned tale takes us into the lives of two people who crave one another even though they shouldn't, because being together goes against everything they've been told. They come from families that are at war with one another, and have been warned to keep their distance... but they don't. These two may both carry wealthy last names, but Josie is not from that world, and that is what draws Beck to her. She is sweet, innocent, and cares nothing about the wealth of her father or what his last name could mean for her. Beck knows he should stay away from her, but he can't bring himself to do it, his need for her is too great. Not to mention she would be the perfect way to get revenge.

These two drew each other in like a moth to a flame, constantly tempting boundaries and knowing that if they got too close they were bound to get burned. And they did... and now I can't wait to see how things turn out for them in the next installment. That ending broke my heart, and I am hoping what is to come will mend it. If you like dark and angst filled romances then I highly recommend you get your hands on this one... once your eyes find the words you won't be able to pry them away!
